Comments which are on subject, generously defined, will be accepted. Any comment which disparages one or more individuals or one or more organizations will not be approved.
I may accept comments tentatively, but if managing comments from a particular contributor requires more than a modicum of my effort, all comments by that contributor will be removed. Whether this is done retroactively across all posts or not is entirely within my discretion.
